Compared to much smaller parcels in the area, our regular listed prices of around $350,000 represent a terrific bargain. For the most part we're waiting for the recession to end, when local, mainland and international buyers will be picking up bargains. Consequently we are content that most of our remaining parcels will be sold at much higher prices, after more of a recovery in the economy.
